Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment, visiting our salon, or using any of our services at PediNaesthetic ("we," "our," "us"), you ("client," "customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and PediNaesthetic and govern your use of all services provided at our salon located in Lethbridge, Alberta.

Services Provided

PediNaesthetic provides professional nail care and beauty services including but not limited to:

• Manicure services (classic, gel, French, nail art)
• Pedicure services (classic, luxury, therapeutic)
• Artificial nail services (gel extensions, acrylic nails, dip powder)
• Waxing services (eyebrow, facial, body waxing)
• Nail repair and maintenance services
• Beauty consultations and custom nail art

Booking and Appointments

Appointment Scheduling

• Appointments can be booked via phone, online, or in person
• We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekend appointments
• Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on service complexity
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% service charge
• No-Shows: Failure to appear for your appointment may result in a full service charge
• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in appointment rescheduling

Contraindications

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if you have:

• Open wounds, cuts, or infections in the service area
• Contagious skin conditions
• Severe allergic reactions to products used
• Any condition that may be worsened by our services

Service Expectations and Limitations

Service times are estimates and may vary based on:

• Client cooperation and preparation
• Unforeseen circumstances or complications

Service Guarantees and Limitations

• We guarantee professional service using quality products and techniques
• Nail extension longevity depends on individual lifestyle and nail care
• Natural nail damage may occur with artificial nail services
• Color matching for repairs may not be exact due to product variations
• Nail art results may vary based on nail size and shape

Liability and Disclaimers

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume all risks associated with nail care services
• PediNaesthetic is not liable for any adverse reactions to products used
• We are not responsible for nail damage from client neglect or misuse
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• You will not hold us liable for any indirect or consequential damages

Client Conduct

To maintain a pleasant environment for all clients and staff, we require that you:

• Treat all staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
• Follow salon policies and procedures
• Maintain appropriate behavior and language
• Respect our equipment, furniture, and facilities
• Comply with health and safety guidelines

Refund and Satisfaction Policy

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service:

• Please inform us within 48 hours of your appointment
• We will assess the concern and offer appropriate solutions
• Solutions may include service corrections or partial refunds
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and based on individual circumstances

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Services you received as requested
• Natural nail damage from artificial nail removal done elsewhere
• Dissatisfaction expressed more than 7 days after service
• Damage caused by client neglect or misuse
• Services performed according to your specific requests

Photography and Social Media

Occasionally, we may photograph our work for promotional purposes. By using our services, you consent to:

• Photography of your nails and hands for our portfolio
• Use of these images on our website and social media
• Promotional use of your service results

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us at the time of service.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or display in our salon. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

By booking and receiving services at PediNaesthetic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are effective from the date of your first service and continue to apply to all future services.
